Returns policy
Our “goodwill” returns policy does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or other legislation.
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund providing that you have the parcel summary or other proof of purchase. Items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Please allow 7 – 10 working days for your returns to reach us. We will endeavour to process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
If you have requested a refund, or replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, unless the item was faulty.
Items should be returned via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delay at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation so that we can complete your request in the event of the item being lost in transit.
In the unlikely situation that a garment should prove to be faulty please return the items to us for a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
Ordering online and security
We offer secure online transactions. Items can be added to your shopping basket and paid for by any major credit or debit card. All credit card information is is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.
Alternative ordering methods
If you would prefer not to enter your credit card details online, we can accept orders by phone or fax. Telephone orders can be placed on +44 (0)845 5276854, orders can be faxed to +44 (0)870 4719329.
Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order. We will also email you once your order has been despatched.
Payment
Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged when the order is placed.
Delivery
We will aim to despatch your goods within six working days of the receipt of your order,in the months of August and September this period could be up to ten working days. In the unlikely event that an item is slightly delayed we will keep you informed at all times.
Delivery can be made to any address that you choose, if you choose delivery to the school please ensure that your child’s name and class are entered where requested on the website. Please note that if you make an error when entering your delivery address details on the website, we will not be liable for the cost of replacing lost goods or re-arranging a failed delivery. Any errors with your order such as shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us in writing within 28 days of the despatch confirmation email.
Postage and Packing costs
Postage and packing via airmail is charged at £8.50 to Europe, with any deliveries made to UK addresses via 2nd class or parcel post charged at £4.50. Deliveries to the Rest of the World via airmail will be charged at £12.50. We offer a courier delivery service with charges as follows:
UK £6.50, Czech Republic £13.00, France £13.00, Hungary £14.00, Poland £14.00, Sweden £16.00, rest of Europe £16.50, rest of World £20.00
