Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get help if I have never used a computer or am unfamiliar with shopping ‘online’?
If you are in the UK please contact us for assistance and we will be very happy to talk you though your first order. If you are at one of our International Schools you can also contact them for assistance.

How do I get the passcode for the school website? Please contact us via email or phone, letting us know your child's name and class, if known.

What do I do if I don’t want to use my credit card online?
We are very happy to accept orders over the phone or fax, for full contact details see the contact us page. Alternatively you can pay using a Paypal account.

I’m not sure what size to order?
Your school is holding a full set of samples in all sizes for your child to try helping to ensure you can order the correct size. THIS DOES NOT APPLY AT d'OVERBROECK'S COLLEGE, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ASSISTANCE.

What do I do if none of the samples fit my child?
Simply use the contact us option on the website to e-mail us with the exact measurements of your child, we will use our expertise to find alternative garments. (Please note that this might however result in ‘specials’ being ordered for you which will take longer and will perhaps be more expensive.)

What if the garments I ordered do not fit?
Download a returns note from the website, fill this in and send to the address provided. Full details for the returns procedure is also given on the website on our returns and exchanges page.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

My credit/debit card has been refused for payment?
This might simply mean that your card has not been activated by your bank to buy on line. A quick phone call to your bank normally rectifies the problem.

If an item on my order is out of stock do I have to pay again for delivery when it is despatched?
No, we ony charge once per order for delivery. If we do have to make additional deliveries due to out of stock items we will not make any further charges for delivery.

Can I change an order once it has been placed?
We can accept changes to orders if they are made the same day that the order is placed.

Where can I get my parcel delivered?
Your parcel can be delivered to any address you specify. Often having it sent to the school or a work address can be the easiest option, as there is someone there all day every day to receive the parcel.

Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept requests for times deliveries.

How long will my order take to despatch?
ISUS Ltd. will despatch your parcel within 6 working days. If there are any delays we will contact you and advise you of the expected despatch date.

How can I receive a printed invoice?
Invoices can be downloaded and printed from our website, please log into your account on our website and select My Orders to do this.

Why hasn’t my parcel arrived?
Depending on the means of despatch, parcels take between 2 -12 days to reach our customers. Courier deliveries take six working days, airmail can take between 2 - 10 days to arrive.

It is very important that the address given on the order is correct in every way, if in doubt we are more that happy to send your parcel to the school who will make sure you get it.

In the unlikely event that the parcel is lost we will undertake to send you a replacement order as soon as possible.

What if the garment is faulty?
On the rare occasion that a garment is faulty, please send back to ISUS Ltd. using the returns note. We will either send you a replacement or credit you accordingly. Full details for the returns procedure is also given on the website under our terms and conditions.

Can I see the cost of the uniform in other currencies?
A link to a currency converter is available on our website and on the school website.

How much uniform do I need to buy?
Our retail experience tells us that some children are harder on their uniform than others but as a rough guide, this would be our suggestion for a minimum first order.
